How to add custom columns into a custom collection class?
I've a custom collection class for my custom backend grid, there is the initSelect method, i want to add a custom column but not successful, the actual thing i want to do in sql is "999 as USER_VALUE"
SELECT PRODUCT_ID, ORDER_QUANTITY, 999 as USER_VALUE
FROM PRODUCT_TABLE
I've tried
$this->getSelect()
->reset(Zend_Db_Select::COLUMNS)
->columns(['dummy' => '999']);
but it marks dummy as maintable.dummy, so it results in error, the following is the initSelect()
protected function _initSelect()
{
parent::_initSelect();
/*$this->getSelect()
->reset(Zend_Db_Select::COLUMNS)
->columns(['dummy' => '999']);*/
$this->getSelect()->joinLeft(
['secondTable' => $this->getTable('sales_order_address')],
'main_table.shipping_address_id = secondTable.entity_id',
['name' => "CONCAT(firstname, ' ', lastname)", 'company', 'telephone', 'city']
);
}
Anyone know how to do that?
