Css not loading in frontend in magento2

In Local , all css and js files have the url start form https:// but i want http://. where to change it .

Try this, update core_config_data both secure and unsecure url to http



Run below query in mysql console



UPDATE core_config_data set value='http://localhost/foldername/' WHERE path = 'web/secure/base_url';
UPDATE core_config_data set value='http://localhost/foldername/' WHERE path = 'web/unsecure/base_url';


then run the below commands to make it working for you.



php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento cache:flush


Hope it resolve the issue for you.
