Magento 1.9 - When any item is in cart and try to login it throws 500 error

When an item in the cart and tries to login it throws 500 error.
I think there is the problem with login session issue. if I tried to login without any item in cart. it login successfully.

Recommends to use 512MB memory limit and check again.
