how to active first menu default without using hover

I m using this extension mega menu in magento 1
I need when i open parent menu 1st subparent menu active default without using hover
css:
.magemenu-menu.horizontal-menu .menu .inner-cms-block
.block.block-cate .subcate:hover ul{
opacity: 1;
filter: alpha(opacity=100);
left: 120%;
top: 30px;
visibility: visible;
}
output
I excepted like this menu
