Customize Image Tag

I am new to magento. Currently my site running on Magento 1.9.2.4. I need to integrate image CDN piio. For which i need to change img tag attributes.
My current attributes are
img src="/image/myimage.jpg" style="max-width: 402px; position: relative; top: 0px; left: 0px; max-height: 402px;"
Need Change to
img data-piio="/images/myimage.jpg" src="data:image/png;base64,..." style="max-width: 402px; position: relative; top: 0px; left: 0px; max-height: 402px;"
Can anyone help me regarding this.
